Architecture, General Planning, General PlanningPlus

As planning architects, one of our tasks is to put our clients’ ideas “on paper” in combination with our own. Here, many different factors play a role depending on the use of the building. Along with the legal planning requirements, it is part of our self-image that design and cost-effectiveness must always be in a healthy relationship with use.

If we are awarded a contract as general planners, we incorporate all the necessary specialist planning, such as technical building equipment, into the architectural services. Different planning approaches are discussed in the team and presented to our client as a result, together with the associated costs.

If, in addition to general planning, we also take on tasks that the client should perform themselves, such as project management, we refer to this as General Planning Plus.
